World Party “Goodbye Jumbo”

Today’s Cool Album of the Day is World Party’s. “Good Bye Jumbo.”

‘Good Bye Jumbo’ was easily my favorite album of 1990. (I used to publish a top 10 list each year back then when I worked in ‘the biz.’)

World Party was the name of the band by former Waterboy’s Karl Wallinger. Wallinger composed all 12 tracks on this album.
Highlights included, ‘Put The Message in the Box, Is It Too Late, Way Down Now’ and’ Take It Up.’
